FAQ

What happens after I make contact?

In your first visit, you can expect to meet your Specialist who will be sure to provide you all the information you need to get started toward setting and achieving the goals you need. Whether it’s scheduling a camp, figuring out how to manage some personal issues, caregiving for an elder, working with a teen, becoming a better parent, doing better in school, or just dealing with life one day at a time, our staff will meet you where you are in your journey and help you to put together a road map that gets you where you want to go. Isn’t it time to reach out, make some changes and build a better tomorrow? The first big step is calling us.
What if I don’t have the money for this?

Before you come here, we will discuss how we can financially provide for services to you and will let you know if you would have an out of pocket payment to make.
What would I need to have available for my appointment?

We generally will need copies of your ID, SS Card, current address ( an electric bill, pay check stub, water bill, etc) If there are more specific records we need, we will let you know before your first appointment.
How long are my services and when will they end?

The end of services is generally different for everyone. Your counselor will work with you to develop a plan of services and to outline your goals for these services. It will be hard work but the more you contribute and do the work, the better you will be able to progress toward the goals you set.
